Christ Presbyterian Church of Barnwell is a member of ECO- A Covenant Order of Evangelical Presbyterians, and South Carolina Presbytery. We are Christ Centered, Bible based, and Faith driven.
Our Pastor
Jesse McDonald arrived at Christ Presbyterian in 2024 to serve our community using his wisdom, warmth, and passion for evangelism, people, and preaching God’s Word.
Jesse is the son of a minister and discovered his calling to ministry while attending Lee College Bible Institute (Cleveland, Tennessee). His ministry experience comes after decades of serving as a senior pastor and transition pastor in various churches.
Ordained in the Evangelical Presbyterian Church, Jesse serves Christ Presbyterian as an Affiliate Pastor in partnership with our denomination, ECO.
Jesse and his wife, Beth, look forward to serving our community and sharing the love of Christ with our neighbors!
